I am seeing lots of PIP talk about Facebook. Let’s see the rate of people who got PIPed at Facebook. Please vote only if you currently work or has ever worked for Facebook. I didn’t include whether you got over it or had to leave as that will make the poll messy. Let’s keep it simple. (Vote for you only, not your colleague)
I think Facebook may have gotten rid of pips as a prerequisite for firing for E4+

This isn’t true. I just watched an e4 and an e6 fail pips this half.
Would being let go without PIP count as PIP?
So it looks like Amazon is much more aggressive for issuing PIP during the first two years (according to the other poll), and Facebook issues more than Amazon for the employees who were at the job more than two years.
PIP rate seems extremely high. Perhaps, people who didn’t get PIP are less interested in voting?
