Waiting for an Atlassian Senior SE offer. What to expect?
I had an onsite this week with Atlassian in SF, and I have been told it went great. I had a pretty good impression of the culture there. How much can I expect? TC: 310k. YOE: 9

How close do you think they will get? The recruiter told me they should be able to get close to my targetted TC.
They will push you with great culture things and amazing stocks growth. I'm not sure about culture in US office, but in Sydney it is good. Stock growth is ok, but I don't think Atlassian will continue to grow 2x year to year. Based on internal discussion, base will be 160-180 I guess. Update this post when you will get some number.
We will match it for sure, I’ve seen it happen multiple times just be honest and present your numbers
