Walmart Offer in Austin
Hey guys, just got an offer for an Software Engineer II position at Wal-Mart (Austin). What do you guys think? YOE: 3 co-op during college + 2 post-grad -Base: $90K -$10K signing bonus -20% annual bonus ($18K) -$5.5K RSU awarded each year, vesting at 25% per year: (Year 1: $1,375, Year 2: $2,750, Year 3: $4,125, Year 4: $5,500, and so on...I think) Year 1 TC: ~$119K

It's market rate for 3 years or average. With 5 years you will make noticably more hopefully. I'm at 200K at 6 years in Austin
