Location: Sunnyvale 4+yoe, currently in grad school Position offered: Software Engineer 3 (Entry Level) Base: 143K Annual Bonus 22K Signing Bonus 50K over 2 years RSUs worth $20K vesting over 4 years 1) What are the bands and the corresponding yoe for Walmart SE roles? 2) How is the above offer? 195 TC seems pretty good. If you have other offers you can probably go 10-15 up. Also depends on how valuable your YOE is. But overall good amount

I think Walmart has very competitive base salaries at all levels, 143K for new grad is f*cking awesome. Similarly, we have outrageously low RSU - 20K over 4 years !! Unbelievable..
You are not eligible for RSU Grant this year. Grant will be in 2020 and vesting starts 2021. Just FYI..
