For senior, it's a very good offer
10yoe might also be a principal level at Jet. This is kinda last real IC level. Higher levels are quite blurry regarding IC path.
at 10 yoe you should ask for staff. And even with senior you can ask for 5-10k more on base and 20-30k cash sign on(in addition to stock sign on).
