The 50L TC is very believable. Some years back, several folks I worked with in the India team had salary in that range (45L - 60L) for ~5yoe. Move to US is not very easy nowadays. Last i heard, There is an unofficial ban on US transfer. Anyways, you cannot get L1 before 1 year with company, and Walmart has 2 years with company policy for international transfers. Lot of things can change in 2 years
