Walmart labs culture and growth rate
How fast does one grow within Walmart Labs? Any idea about the culture there? Is it worth to join Walmart Labs when most of the talented people are leaving?
Everything is shit there.. work life balance is the only good thing
Both walmart and amazon are shit in terms of culture, walmart has peaceful work, amazon is political shit. Both will survive on their startup aquisitions only, since talented people these days are in startups only

Culture is laidback and growth is faster if you communicate and market yourself to people in chain above you regularly irrespective of your failed deliverables. However, there is lack of engineering focus, high attrition of skilled engineers, lack of cultural diversity, lot of processes and bureaucracy, and more recently from what I hear they are running short on desks, parking spaces, restrooms, stationery in office, etc. An ok place if you want to move to mgmt ladder but definitely not a good place to grow in terms of engineering skills.
Any other information that can help new joiners to decide whether it is the right decision or not?

I left few years back after lack of focus from top on fostering engineering culture.
