Walmart salary plan difference between ECA and ECB
Asking for a friend. Anyone knows the difference between ECA and ECB salary plans at the same level.
What does it mean
That is a wide range of pay bands ECA & ECB are for eCommerce only and have x0 - x9. Not sure if I am allowed to post a photo of the pay bands. Here is a example ECA x0 - $43k to $71k ECA x9 - $203k to $377k ECB x0 - $56k to $93k ECB x9 - $203k to $377k PS this is from FY17

ECA x5 $105k to $195k, 20% inc, $35k RSU. ECB x5 $116k to $217k, 20% inc, $60k RSU.

You got me but its on the compensation structure. It is a eCommerce thing.
I’m in eCommerce and I haven’t heard of these terms before. What I know about pay is solely from an engineering standpoint, like se 3 vs se 4 vs se 5 pay.
Where do I find this compensation structure? Is it on walmartOne?

How does ones get on ECA VS. ECB?
Not a clue. Over in Bentonville ISD we are in the 70-79 bands. We also have a B band group too and they are mostly Security, Cloud and some TEs that are in the B band. We call them the “Key talent” group.
