Want to move to India, good roles
I've been here at G for 3 years as a Quantitative Analyst, just now got promoted to RS. I want to move back in India, but finding it very hard to find good roles. Don't get me wrong I am getting positive calls but almost none of the positions are interesting enough. Google India is not challenging too. Does anyone know of any good Data Scientist oriented positions in India? I spoke with MuSigma, McKinsey and others and all I could hear was consultant blabber; Amazon India sounded like a hell hole with immature Product Managers running the show and simply automating scripts for their Seattle overlords. Do I have to switch domains and move to Product Management or are their any roles for DS back home?
Really doubt you will find many quality roles in India .Maybe PM will help But then again you may not find a quality PM position

You can probably start a company that can predict which street will be have the most people shitting in it and then sell that data to the government so they can finally start cleaning the shit covered streets.
What do quantitative analysts do? TC?
