https://reffo.us/ Someone posted this on blind recently and I thought I'd promote it. My problem with levels is that it feels way inflated due to stock skyrocketing. For example, an SDE II at Amazon who joined when the stock was 800 might say their TC is 300k (mid-SDE III level comp) when in reality it's just because the stock blew up and they entered the data a few years in. Sure their actual TC ended up being 300k, but it's not like Amazon was saying, "this person's TARGET is 300k." This site solves that problem by tracking offers, not "TC", so the site handles the expected TC, instead of reporting who got lucky. Great work, by this person or team. Note: creator says they launched recently and it is MVP, so sounds like more features are planned.

Site looks good overall. I like the break outs on the offers, which appear more clear. It is tricky to navigate initially without log in, to find company links which are guid based in the url. The jobs offers mostly say one day old and 2 days. Are you the company founder?

Interesting! Well I guess they def have more users than me but I still hope I can differentiate with a more standardized way of inputting/showing the data and breaking down in a way to compare offers more easily. I guess I just need to execute on everything I want to build now... If only I had more time/help.

I feel there should be an edit for posters to edit their own offers incase it changes after further negotiation - just a thought. Or maybe I didn’t explore completely.
Stock inflation is a huge issue while comparing TC to offers. People say "why does it matter? It's money in my bank account". It matters because if you ended up making 50% more than your target, new offers will look low in comparison. People might have unrealistic expectations and let good offers go just because of that.

I want to search by field and company and see historical data. If none is available for said company I want to see other companies in their place. I want to do this without creating an account.
You will be able to do it without an account as soon as I have time to build it. The philosophy is transparency and giving back the leverage to candidates so I want to open the most I can to the public. But I need more than 24hr in a day to make progress on it 😅
Just released some basic filtering. I plan on adding fuzzy matching and other filters around comp later!

I'm loving this site! I have a request on the filters. Can I filter for a TC threshold or Base Pay threshold? This will help if I am only considering jobs above a certain amount. Seeing what offers are given that match, could help narrow the when searching what companies to apply to.
