Wayfair Product Manager Career switch
Im an associate PM at a Midwestern Product comp. Im currently interviewing at Wayfair for a PM role My tc is super low: 70k. LOE 3 Years Ive heard pretty bad things about Wayfair here, and im confused if i should make the move. Expected TC 130-135K. Ill also be needing a visa which is another issue in finding a position. I need to get out of my current company asap. What should I do?

Wayfair isn’t profitable and hasn’t been profitable. They’re burning through a lot of cash to get new customers. I would switch and then try and find something else in Boston.
