Wayfair SWE Boston
What’s the TC range for SWE 2. I was told the pay range would be 120-130 base and 40-50 (bonus+equity). Does it sound ok for 5 years experience. Thanks
For SWE2 at Wayfair, that's middle of band to nearly top of band (assuming RSU / year not over 4 years).

You could ask for SWE3. The interview questions will be harder and the hiring bar will be higher.
if 40-50 is for one year, that’s decent
Bottom of SWE2 is about 112 + ~40 equity + 10% bonus
Have you tried for L3? I know some people with 5-6 yoe and they’re L3. Your pay is definitely on the higher end of L2

I honestly think that I am not at high end level of L3 :) I asked my recruiter though, for the possibility of L3. She confirmed that if interview really goes well, they would consider bumping me up to L3.
Sounds about right for 5 yoe in my area but I don't know enough about Boston to say if that's applicable.
