Basically what is Wayfairs interview process like for a tech role? A recruiter contacted me about an iOS role and am curious.
Wayfair is going down the drain from what I heard
I believe the ios interview process is 1 tech phone screen, followed by an on-site that will include hands-on coding, OOP/whiteboarding, and some behavioral questions. There might be an additional phone call depending on level.
Do you really want to work at Wayfair? My manager flipped me off today. Stay the hell away!
I had interviews with them last year.. it was a phone interview, then they flew me to Boston and had: SQL, 2 hour Design, behavioral with a director and an about an hour and a half for whiteboard problems. This was for a senior software engineer position (.net)
Wayfair still uses .net? When I there I thought they purged all the .net for php
Only for internal projects I believe.
