Easy. Tell them you won’t accept anything less than 300k. Then if they don’t offer you 300k, don’t accept.

They value equity based on some internal financial numbers which they won’t disclose. Which is kind of ridiculous. Also the recruiter says that it might rise 5x and above when it goes public, but how do they know about it. Same was the case with Uber recruiter

They used to pay well when they were part of google. But now with the Alphabet group of companies, their offer is really low. All the original engineers took the chauffeur bonuses and left. eg Nuro founders
