Waymo intern conversion same as Google?

I know that Google's intern conversion process makes it so that you don't have to interview if you've done 2 internships (assuming you did well). Does Waymo have the same process, or can you get converted without interview after just 1 internship?

That's not Google's intern conversion process. You still have to interview even if you had great project feedback and 2 internships.

Sure, sometimes. It's definitely not the "normal" conversion process. More of the exception than the rule.
