WeWork Raises & Salary bump w/ Promotions
Can anyone shed some light on what the typical raise is at WeWork, as well as bump in pay with promotion?i

It’s all random
So you’re not sure about promotions and raises? For example, at Amex the max is up to 15% and anything beyond that requires senior leader/VP approval.

It’s not transparent at all. Annual raise is typically 3-10%. No refresh on stocks.

25% increase with my promotion, but it depends on your team and role

It doesn’t mean much to me, I don’t work in engineering and them along with directors of different departments are the only ones who receive substantial RSUs enough for it to have impact
Typical raise is 3% annual on top of base... And it doesnt necessarily tie into performance review sometimes... Its chaotic and it depends on which team you work on Not sure how much of a bump with promotion
