A great offer with 2 yoe in NYC would probably be around 250K to 300K TC, which is fairly easily attainable with FAANG.

No, was just basing off the TC rat race imposed on blind so I assumed you’d want to use this as leverage for FAANG or other companies that give relatively larger stock amounts to boost your TC.
