Guys! My company does provide an excellent customer service (website support). I charge my customers very small fee per month. Huge brands (i have 2) that pay less than$500 a month. My response time is less than 2 minutes. Issue resolution time is less than a hour! I do support (and improve coding,) for every cms possible and my team of 5 people works really hard. Yet. I cant fond customers! I have only 5 total and surviving third year. There is only one marketing agency that gives me to support all their clients. Any suggestions? I would appreciate it!!

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
Everything you mentioned is wrong. The text makes no sense.
Be better at sales.
You need to hire a good sales person.
Find a good liaison between other companies and your self. Whether people realize it or not no is comfortable putting their user base in the hands of someone who doesn't understand English very well, or the culture.
I understand the culture. At least trying. Everyone who speaks to me understands my poor English pretty good. They also understand that I am asking them right questions, they also understand my audits, reports and love my prices. They all are happy with the quality of coding I provide and response time and general communication.
I'm sure they are happy if how you described your software is correct. Presentation and first impressions matter and sometimes people are a little racist without realizing it. Find someone American who seems confident and has a good personality. They may make it a little easier to sell.
Also have that person renegotiate your contracts with those companies you're definitely getting fucked.
I am afraid they leave me. I stay with no cash flow.
That fear is why they're able to fuck you over. Get some new companies under contract at a higher fee say 2k a month. Once you have new income from them you can renegotiate and tell the older companies the fee has raised to 2k. That way if they decide to leave or say they can't you're fine.
My suggestion is to improve your English communication skills. There were at least 15 errors in the message above.
