What TC and level are others at 14 yoe after a Masters degree?

I am at TC 380 as I complete my 14th year work anniversary. I am masters in CS. What about you who are also hitting 14 years of experience after masters Cheers

Graduated with a bachelor's in physics in 1999 and started work in operations at a bank. I got my master's in linguistics in 2007 and my doctorate in 2016, studying at night and doing fieldwork during vacations. TC has never gone above the 45 or so that it was before I got my master's - academic accomplishments have little value in my field, and there are few job openings for people with the degrees I earned, so I've never moved. The humanities aren't like CS - there are no high paying jobs waiting for you when you finish, so do those degrees for love of the subject, or don't bother.
