What TC should I be looking at?
Got an offer from a Microsoft company for what will likely be level 62 for a 'Data & Applied Science II' role. Have 2yrs, PhD, a competing verbal offer, and in SF. Competing verbal offer from Adobe for Data Scientist role. What TC is fair to expect/negotiate?

Take the 375. You never getting that at MS for l62 let alone l63 or l64 probably
There is more at play than just TC. So the 375K is a factor, not the whole decision. Good to know im not likely to get that kind of equity from msft
What's the competing offer?
Don't have exact specifics yet, but ~140K salary (guess based on previous chat) /10% bonus/ 375k equity
