What are some example new grad offers for SWE at Citadel and Janestreet
Basically title. I'm not sure if I should give up my facebook return offer for my junior internship for these companies tbh. What's the growth and bonuses like? For reference FB new grad offer is like 130 000 base 80000 sign on 150 000 RSU

Standard 2020 dev offer in NY is 200k salary, 100k signing bonus, 100k minimum end-of-year bonus, I believe.

signing bonus and EOY bonus can be negotiated up to 150k each. So max is 500k TC

I've never heard of the new grad offer being negotiated up, so I'm a bit skeptical. Either way, including a one-time bonus in TC is incredibly disingenuous.
