What are the signs of a dying company?
I work at this medium sized gaming company in London & for the past 2 quarters bonus were not paid because they missed their target. It’s a gambling company & people are leaving & are not being replaced. Some think Brexit is going to affect the company’s earnings. Are these signs of a company about to go under?
Sinking ship
I believe more than signs, you should review their financial statements. Check the net income, profit margin, debt, equity... it will tell you everything you need to know.
Don’t wait around. Have your resume ready in case something happens.

If it’s Smarkets, the 2017 annual report shows a revenue of £20M, profit before tax of £6M and a liability to customers of £16M per year... I would not stay considering the brexit.
