Also, it would be nice if my next job has a foosball table. I have crazy skills. Used to play tennis and table tennis too, but started worrying about arm symmetry, so stopped.
What is your dating strategy? Do you use apps?
Yes, I use apps. Mostly CMB and OKC, but the quality of matches has been decreasing. I try to pre-screen well and then do something low key that doesn’t require any big time or money investment on my part. When prescreening I look for banter and empathy mostly. Having a decent job is nice too. I favor medicine, law, and tech. I usually come up with some bitter-sweet story about my best friend leaving the city and his awesome farewell party and if the girl empathizes then she has potential. If she just asks where is he going or something dumb and irrelevant then I know it’s a waste of my time. I also message about more than one thing at the same time to see if the girl is attentive enough to respond to multiple points not just one point. I’ve met about 300 girls over the years in NYC and have dated about 10% of them with various degree of seriousness.
