What background do you need to have for L7 Finance role at Amazon?
Is MBA a requirement? Does anyone know the TC range for this position?

MBA is not requirement but to come in as L7 Finance at Amazon would typically take 15+ solid years of finance exp at other firms. I’ve even seen directors, VPs from other large firms with 20+ year exp coming to Amazon finance at L7. With that said L7 has a huge range and could be considered a respectable terminal level.
