Lot of confusion about quality of milks
Almond milk or soy milk. Cow's milk is for calf only and it's inhumane to steal animal's milk!
Did you even bother to see what goes into growing almonds! They are one of the most demanding crops and needs to sacrifice a lot of bees (for pollination, they are transported across the country in trucks)! They are not classified as Vegan for a reason!!! That's not to justify cow's milk... Unfortunately we crossed that line long back and there is no humane way to feed the world's population - veg or non-veg...
almond "milk" = sugar, water, carrageenan, lecithin and maybe it's 2% almonds
Soylent baby. But seriously almond milk. Prefer it with cereals and is a pretty darn good deal for the calories.
I drink kikoman pearl soy milk. GOD tier soy milk. My other drinks horizon vitamin D milk.
