I like high tech cars with blind spot and premium speakers. I’m currently looking at Mercedes or Lexus. TC: 150k in LOW COL avg 150sq/f Los.
Check out Alfa Romeo Giulia sport.
Model x
Honda Civic or Corolla. Save your tc for a home down payment. Get a nice car after the house.
Lease if you are getting a luxury car. Don't buy as their value decreases quickly. I agree with So Long, get a nice house instead.
Wouldn’t it be hard to stay under 10,000 miles a year ?
It's doable only if you commute to work and that's about it. I would opt for 12k miles a year. I did a Nissan Leaf lease and had 37000 miles after 3 years. This was totally worth it for me since the lease payment was 200/month and got a 2500 rebate from the state. This covered my down payment.
BMW 3 series merc c class Porsche cayenne or macan —- All are tried tested luxury and fun cars. Else Model 3/S
Hands down RX
150k TC is way too low to consider the purchase of a luxury car even if in low COL area.
Nah, not really. I drove a newer model year Lexus, maxed out my 401k, and rented my own 2 bed apartment and still saved over half my income every month on 60k a year
Totally disagree. Unless you can pay cash, don’t do it. Stop living on credit, especially as we are due for the next downturn. Buy one when no one else is. Plus it’s a depreciating asset.
Model 3. Pretty well every other car has 5 year old tech (if not worse).
How abt an 8 years old lexus IS model?
