We don't pay as well in Utah, but Utah is low COL and we're about to go public. Have spots in Seattle that pay well. About to go public too, so now is a good time to grab stock
But then you have to deal with Seattle
Utah is good, but it's much smaller. If saving money is what you care about Utah is great, but it's smaller. 140 TC goes a long way in Utah. My TC is about 200k and I can own a 6000sqft house with mountain views. Not as happening as bigger cities though
Coinbase, Twitter, Tesla (not all roles though)
Didn’t know coinbase was hiring. I’ll look into it. But crypto is dying so idk how long coinbase will last
I don’t think BTC is dying at all, but I interviewed in high school and didn’t get onsite so I’m still salty at Coinbase. Pay is good though.

Lol just did the HackerRank from them but was only able to do 3.5/5 problems. One had half the testcases fail due to timeout and one was a SQL question and I have 0 knowledge of SQL so idk why that was even asked
We can be competitive for new grads
What kind of engineering problems do you guys solve at Indeed? Where is Indeed trying to be a few years from now?
I know indeed’s main office is in Austin, do you mean for their Bay Area Office?

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
Unicorns?
From what I’ve seen, a lot of them aren’t hiring new grads. Uber and Dropbox are some of the few that are afaik
