What compensation should I expect from Microsoft ?
What compensation should I expect from Microsoft for Software Engineer position? YOE : 1.5 Years Location: Redmond Most probably they are going to offer 60 or 61 level. Can anyone suggest me how much TC I should ask for? Please provide breakdown for TC.

Have concrete numbers from 5 people that just received offer for level 60 Base 120 Stock 25k - 50k for 4 year in total => 50k/4 = 12.5k per year Sign on 15k - 30k This is the max for level 60 industry hire, confirmed with recruiter
