Personally I intermittent fast for about 19 hours with a 5 hour eating window, but unlimited snacks are the bane of my existence. wbu guys edit: wow lots of IF people on here, what hours do u fast?

Kiddo, I am on this diet since before you were a sperm.
I'm on the "bicycle 17 km each way to work so I can eat all the junk food I want even at 40" diet.
How long does that take?
An hour and ten minutes each way. I'm not willing to sweat on my way to work. (I keep an extra t-shirt at work too.)
Think before eating that rice, potatoes and white bread. And avoid all obvious sugar.
My diet now consists of “no snacks except dark chocolate once every few days, cook my own food at least 2-3 days a week, limit as much carbs as possible.” Oh, and go to the gym or hiking at least 2-3 times a week. It works. Everyone says I look like I lost some weight, but I think I just shed adipocytes and gained muscle mass instead.
cutting carbs has been biggest influencer for me too
Just eat what u like and workout. Win-win.
