Personally I intermittent fast for about 19 hours with a 5 hour eating window, but unlimited snacks are the bane of my existence. wbu guys

      An hour and ten minutes each way. I'm not willing to sweat on my way to work. (I keep an extra t-shirt at work too.)

    My diet now consists of “no snacks except dark chocolate once every few days, cook my own food at least 2-3 days a week, limit as much carbs as possible.”

    Oh, and go to the gym or hiking at least 2-3 times a week.

    It works. Everyone says I look like I lost some weight, but I think I just shed adipocytes and gained muscle mass instead.
