For SWE? Sr / Principal / Staff titles + computer science related degree + 6+ yrs of exp
They note down your personal info. Sell it. And move on to the next resume.
You need to know somebody on the inside who can refer you..I applied for the same job within like a month timeframe and was rejected without even a phone screen first time. Then a buddy of mine started and referred me.. onto 3rd round haha and they love me so far according to the recruiter.
