I get paid to think about new projects that can make my company more money. Taking these projects apart and breaking them into manageable chunks. Assigning it to appropriate teams / people. And keep periodic tabs on them to ensure completion and quality.

Maybe? At my level there are no RSUs, no bonuses, just straight base compensation. Pay is 130k-180k at my levels
