I should have asked before joining oracle. Never have I thought only 1 manager can give performance review to 60+ people and the number is growing, because I'm from a relatively smaller company!? my ex-managers managed less than 20. It's been 2 months since joining, and the new hires joined the same month have not had 1:1 yet. Quite surprising. Wonder if the manager can even memorize the names of direct reports. Of course it should be my job to stand out from the crowd but isn't 60+ and growing too much?
I feel that’s the best , if u want to talk something with the manager just pull him . Too many middle managers are dead waste
He may be a middle manager managing 60 . Place holder manager
I like the 12 apostle rule. Managing more people than Jesus just isn’t possible.
It’s my dream job to have a manager that I don’t need to have 1:1 with
Another example of why Oracle has a horrible reputation as an employer. The two pizza rule is lost here.

I am suprised that it already didnt happen in your org. How can single guy do 60 perf evaluations.
