What happens to Airbnb stocks that I possess if you leave the company at this point I.e. before IPO?

Do I get the money? Or can I keep those until IPO?

Look at your contract. At Uber, I believe you keep the stock that has already vested. There is an expiration date after 5 years. Otherwise it is just like owning the stock.

You keep your vested RSUs until expiration. I think 7 or 10 years is the expiration.
