What is “Technical Solutions Specialist” at Google?
Got a contract opportunity for this role and would like to know more about it. Also got an offer for “Developer Support Specialist” My friend worked in similar roles and got hired after contract, so he told me to take it. I just wanna know if anyone knows about these roles cause then it would help me decide. My friend’s role was on the Site Reliability and Manual Testing - he is now an SDE in Google.

I believe that is GOOG tech support role, but focussed on one of their infrastructure products
