I’m new with all the terms used in blind, and I was wonder what you guys refer to the annual refresher.
MSHA Annual Refresher Training is a Mine Safety and Health Administration course to retrain miners based on the Title 30 CFR - Part 46 regulations and keep them safe and healthy against workplace hazards. 😂
I believe annual refresher refers to the new stock grants over N years. At the end of the rewards year, you get your bonus and refresher of stocks. The refresher at top companies usually match the amount you got when you joined so that your compensation maintains a certain level. Some companies don’t, like Microsoft. Some companies don’t give refreshers at all.
