Bonus 15%
Joining 20 K

Total 11 year of experience.
Is Stock will keep refreshing every year?
Is it look good offer ?

    LMTS is next and then PMTS which is like a director level. Stock will not refresh every year unless you get a promotion or high performer

      Salesforce comp is quite low and stock doesn't refresh unless your manager likes you and has the ability to that year and year end increase is only inflation level

    It’s simple here 4% hike on base and bonus is paid to the target .. no more no less .. if you are a exceptional performer then u r at losing end .. if you are below average then it’s a benefiting

    Salesforce does not give refresh .. stock refresh is exception than a rule .. you cannot include that in your calc
