Its almost like all these "crazy sjws" might have a point.
Except everybody was a willing participant here. It's funny how SJWs seem to be shocked at what people (including women) would do for money.
That's just silly. Of course not *everybody* Feel free to f**k my boss all you want but if he gives you a promotion over me, I'm going to war. Your bathroom dalliances should not impede my career path and pocket book. And no, thanks. I don't want to f**k my boss. Not even for a promotion.
At least there was a clear well defined path to promotions

I picked a great time to join... 6 weeks ago...
Go beg for ur old job back at old company
Haha, they are laying off left and right. Honestly SoFi will be fine. Lots of cash and no real challengers. New CEO and move on.
Too many people knowing about Mike banging the current VP of Finance did not help
Hahahhaa
Damn i looked her up. She is young
This cannot be real. Wow. How is the culture on the engineering side?
The CTO is the CEO's wife. Im guessing nepotism runs there too
Is the CTO remotely competent?
Can those at SoFi give some info on what's going on inside the company right now? Is there a plan forward? Are you happy or sad that Cagney is resigning?
Haven't been here long. There is a plan. What's out there seems to be half true half not. Still making mad money, so not sure if this woe matters.
Mike was a very strong CEO- the company's success is due to him. However, there are culture issues that we need to solve. I don't know if the gossip is true, but I assume it is. The "frat" behavior they mentioned was all in heldsberg, which is like a call center. Not really part of the tech org or HQ. The issues are not nearly as big as the media makes them, but there is defiantly stuff to solve. Most importantly, the company's finances are VERY healthy. We are doing very well. So overall I'm optimistic
Oh, right. So, typical call center environment, then eh?
Not typical. But (a) this happened a couple of years back and is far from representative now (b) some of it got blown out of proportion (c) would never had received this coverage had it not been a Tech Unicorn
Holy cow.
