Compared to Amazon? 401k matching WLB Health ins. Yearly bonus ESPP Better commute Etc etc. Is it roughly 30k?

Bonus + 401k alone is about 30k, so it's definitely more.
You get 21k+ on yearly cash and RSU? Amazon matches up to 6% in 401k so.. it’s not nothing.

More PTO. Company store. Humane treatment of employees. No "frugality" Not sure how to put a dollar value on these.
Hard to put a price on better WLB but that is more than 30K alone i would bet
