What is the TC for SDE II AT Microsoft IDC Hyderabad?
I have 5 YOE and getting TC 15.5 L in India. Appeared for SDE ll interview with Microsoft. Had 3 F2F rounds onsite and a Skype AA round with a Director. Can I expect an offer? If so, how much will be the TC/Breakup?

What should I expect in Hiring Manager round and also what CTC can I expect? Please tell the breakup of base + RSU + bonus + relocation.
Base should be somewhere from 21-28 LPA, depending on whether you get L61 or L62. Not sure about the stock part, but I've heard industry hires usually get fewer RSUs than college hires. Still you should get at least 6-7 LPA in RSUs. Target bonus is 10% of base.
