- Thank you all for answers, I went through the culture deck and values, which I liked there was honesty over kindness of giving constructive feedback to there fellow employees. And other thing I liked is sharing knowledge openly which I like most.

Why not integrate imdb/ rotten tomatoes in their engine which I believe will significantly improve the experience for customer.
Why not allow me to add my friends/ family, follow their watch list (Spotify is doing it) and recommend movies based on that
