Hi Blinders I came across some software engineer roles in these consulting companies and it says 80-100% travel Mon - Thurs. Does it mean flying and coming back on the same day or does employee spend the whole week away from home and come back on the weekend?
It means you stay at the client site Mon-Thurs and come back Thurs night. Depending on the client and how terrible your Managing director is, you could be forced to travel Sunday night and leave Friday. It’s rough, but you’ll get some great airline and hotel status
Feel bad for people who work there.
That happens more than you think. The Deloittes and Accentures of the world don’t normally push back against this.
