What is the target TC for corporate finance manager in bay area?
Hey, I am finance manager here targeting to move to bay area. I am in a rural town with low cost of living. Getting 125k + 20%. TC is 150k I guess. What will be normal TC by base, bonus and equity in bay area for finance manager? Please share with me.

Bay area is expensive. You probably need close to 300k to just maintain your current standard of living. Think house, rent, daycare, tax, etc
Haha all need some level of compromise. 300k seems little high for this level. Any company pays as much?
