What keeps you working for your current employer (MS, Amazon, LinkedIn, etc.) when Google or Facebook are paying way more? Put it another way, assuming that Amazon, Google or FB paying more than MS, why MS guys are still there? No trolling, please. Really curious.

1) Working on stuff that moves the real world 2) Cool, fun people 3) TC 4) Perks

Also, I'd imagine "the products are cool" has some contribution. Always wanted to work at a gaming company
A culture of brainwashing kids and adults to waste their lives in a virtual world? Great culture indeed. Awesome colleagues, supremely interesting work, ongoing challenges, chances to grow and do more. Interviewed with Facebook and was shocked at how small-minded and ordinary they were.
