How is Pakistan South Asia? The only parts of Asia north of Pakistan is Mongolia and small parts of China.
I don’t know why it’s called south Asian. Growing up I also heard it referred to as the Indian Subcontinent. The wiki link includes other countries that are included https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Asia
