Trying to apply to non faang companies and don't know anyone working there. Is there value in applying through linkedin or I should find someone working there somehow and ask for referral? Asking because long time ago when I applied for jobs online as a student I got 0 responses out of like 30 attempts.
Instant if you contact recruiters directly
Is there an obvious way to find recruiters for a specific company I'm missing?
Very different between student and industry hire. I heard back from like 10% when I was a student, but recently heard back from around 50% as someone with around 5 YOE (applying to tier 1-2 companies through their website, not linkedin). So depends on your situation.
Applying as a fresh grad is very different from applying as an experienced hire. I’m sure you’ll do better than 0/30 when you apply for relevant jobs.
