What kind of roles can you hope to get in Tech with an MBA in Product Management from a reputed college?

Planning to go for an MBA and need some insights on what my target industry should be and if it would be worth it.

You can try your hands in Management consulting like McKinsey, BCG or Bain. Then jump to Tech as a PM.

Please stop these very wrong ideas. The MBB consulting people only create noise and no real solution. They are good at politics and making up stories, but not at execution.

Any role, no one cares about an MBA though so the same roles you'd apply for without it.

I'm in JP right now and I don't like the bank culture. Too much bureaucracy and blame games

Tech hires MBAs for Product, Program, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate Strat roles. I know for Amazon MBAs come in as L6. They only recruit at top 10-15 schools though.
