Agree on that. They can’t even properly read or respond to emails.

Fragomen did a great job getting me my GC on eb1. You just need to be a little proactive because they are dealing with tons of cases.

Most lawyers ive interacted with are quite useless. I worked with fragomen and had to doublr check all their forms. Found 5 mistakes total i think. All I learned was trust noone with important things.

Very few smart people go into law these days

Fragomen used by Honeywell too. Can't be trusted with forms and constantly need to followup

Exterro ediscovery software is wonderful. Most companies are bringing their legal in house. It's more cost effective and efficient.

I worked with Fragomen on my H1 and GC under multiple companies.. I didn’t feel the trouble on H1 as it is timely and simple enough but a nightmare on every turn for the GC.. being super super proactive at least made me realize when they drop the ball and follow up... there are ton of other small firms who does a better job but realized late.

I found Fragomen very conservative and very thorough- obviously they have few lawyers and lots of clients , so they are slow

Not the fastest to answer but I find them decent. They have done their job so far. I'm thinking their service quality might also have to do with the pay they negotiated with the employers. It would be interesting to see approved/reject rates across law firms.

All the big firms are assembly lines. They have paralegals collect data and prepare cookie cutter applications which are then reviewed by lawyers at the last minute to make sure they are ok. That's how all the big firms work, not only Fragomen. It's cost effective and it works. The downside is it causes delays. If on that final review the lawyer spots problem they have to rework it which takes time. Also they do everything pretty last minute to try and maximize their efficiency. If they don't HAVE to file your doc for a month they will defer it to work on cases with more urgent timelines. This is what you will get with any of the big firms. If you want a more detailed personalized service with more lawyer bandwidth you need to pay more for that.

Use Chen , They are great ! Also very brutal about giving you honest feedback, which I appreciated
