Recruiter approached me. What level should I ask? Principal architect? I am not very interested. But unheard wlb is very good, and if they offer enough TC and level, it's good to go. E6 here.
No. PMTS or Architect, depending on how long you've been an E6. The next level up from Architect is Principal Architect, and that's really for marquee hires. I don't really recommend this jump unless you really want to lean in to rest and vest over career development.
There is an internal doc in fb where salesforce architect maps to E6. So if I only get architect it is not worth jumping.
Yeah, Architect maps there. Principal Architect does not. You could theoretically get it, but I really doubt it. Like I said, it's mostly a marquee role for 15 - 20+ year people who are a known quantity in their field.
