      Been at msft, never amzn. Point was only amzn that I know of penalizes employees for stock performance in that you dont get a refresher if your actual comp exceeds your target. At most companies top performers are rewarded with large refreshers which prevent a cliff. At Amazon you are punished and the salt is most comp is equity at amzn. Is this no longer the case?
