What percentage of people in Amazon get a PIP?

In the past I have worked for organization which had a policy of pruning out bottom 5% of the organization. Some others were as aggressive as pruning out 10% of the org. Does anyone know what is the PIP percentage in Amazon?

5%..but what is bottom 10% has lot of bias. Managers play favorites. 10% is dev list. 8% fired. Roughly 15% always in radar

Depends on the level. On eng1 can go up to 50% in some orgs.
